Iris THE BATHROOM products for Iris Hantverk , an organization active within the niche of people with sight-and functional disabilities, are designed by Lovisa Wattman - a well known designer who works with Ikea, Höganäs, KostaBoda and Design House Stockholm and others. She became fascinated by Soft Concrete and asked us to make a shaving cup, with a soap in it and a cover for the shaving brush. More productsLovisa has later designed two soap-dishes and a bowl for a toilet brush in Soft Concrete. One of the soap-dishes has a number of Braille knobs that read TVÅL, Swedish for soap. ExhibitionsThe new products were exhibited at FORMEX in Stockholm and at Maison et Objet in Paris in 2009. The products can be found in Iris´own shops and at a number of retailers in Sweden and abroad. |
